Ingredients
- ½ cup (90g) cornstarch
- ¼ cup (45g) cacao
- 1 ½ cup (345ml) milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons (30g) coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a 10” round pan with coconut oil.
Step 2: Let the children measure out the cornstarch and cacao into a medium bowl and mix with a spoon.
Step 3: In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it becomes hot.
Step 4: Pour the hot milk into the bowl with the cornstarch and cacao mix. Mix until all the cornstarch is dissolved.
Step 5: Let the children measure out the coconut oil, white vinegar, and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix.
Step 6: Crack the eggs into the bowl and mix together until everything is well combined.
Step 7: Pour the mixture into the greased 10” round pan.
Step 8: Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Step 9: Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
