Ingredients
- 200 grams of buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 250 milliliters of water
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons of finely grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons of finely chopped vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, etc.)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°C (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, baking powder and salt (optional) together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Slowly add the water to the mix, stirring constantly.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add the vegetable oil and continue to stir.
- On a greased baking sheet, spread the dough into four circular flat cakes.
- Place the grated cheese and chopped vegetables onto each dough circle.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
