- 150g butter
- 125g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 125g caster sugar
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, and milk until combined.
