Ingredients
- 250g canned crab meat, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Cooking oil spray
