Ingredients:
- 800g of Filetto di Platessa, cut into chuncks
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread the fish chunks across a large baking sheet and pour over the olive oil.
