Ingredients
- 4 thin veal cutlets (fettine, about 150g each)
- 2 lemons (1 to squeeze over the top, 1 for decoration)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 70° Celsius.
- Take the baking tray out of the oven and transfer the veal to a serving plate.
- Garnish with slices of fresh lemon from the second lemon.
