- 1 cup (120 grams) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) room temperature water
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) melted butter
Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until combined and there are no clumps.

Gradually add in the water and milk and whisk until combined and the dough is smooth.

Add the melted butter and whisk until combined.

Cover the bowl and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat. Grease the pan will a bit of butter or oil and add about 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) of the dough.

Lift and tilt the inner side of the pan so the dough covers the pan in a thin layer.

Cook for a few minutes, until the edges start to look golden.

Flip the crepe and cook for another minute or so.

Place on a plate, allow to cool, and fold or roll the crepe. Enjoy!
