Ingredients
- 3/4 head of cavolo (chopped into small pieces; avoid choke hazards)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (peeled and minced)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (the juice from it)
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs mix (e.g. oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme)
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, Italian herbs mix, and vegetable broth. Mix the ingredients until they are combined. Make sure the garlic is evenly distributed.
- Spread the cavolo on a baking sheet. Pour the mixture from the bowl over the cavolo and mix until combined. Spread the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over the cavolo.
