Toddler Friendly Brussels Sprouts
INGREDIENTS
- 200g Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- A pinch of freshly ground Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Spread the Brussels Sprouts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with the olive oil.

Peel and finely mince the garlic and mix it with the Brussels Sprouts. (Joke - What did the garlic say when someone asked to borrow it? “SureI’m in a sharing mood! 💛)

Add the black pepper to the Brussels Sprouts and mix everything together.

Bake the Brussels Sprouts for about 20 minutes or until lightly and evenly golden brown.
