Nutella Chapati
This recipe for a toddler-friendly version of the classic Indian chapati flatbread is perfect for fussy eaters. Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Directions

- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the yogurt, all-purpose flour, oil, and a pinch of salt, until you get a soft, sticky dough.
- Once the dough is ready, transfer it onto a floured surface and knead until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Cut the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces and form them into round balls.
- Flatten each ball and roll it out into a thin circle, about 12 cm in diameter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the chapati onto the pan and allow it to cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the base has browned. Flip it over and leave for another 1-2 minutes.
- Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Nutella over the chapati, fold in half and continue to cook until golden brown.
