Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté for about 3 minutes until onions are translucent.

Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, black pepper, eggs, and the sautéed onion and garlic.

Using your hands, mix until ingredients are evenly combined.

Take a scoop of mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and roll into a ball with your hands.

Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Dot the top of each ball with butter.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
