- 1 can of black beans16 oz
- 2 garlic clovesminced
- 1/4 steamed sweet potatomashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of chopped red onion

Drain the black beans and rinse them until the water runs clear.
