Ingredients
- 1 tin of haricot beans (440g)
- 2 medium-sized onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Peel and chop onions, mince garlic and set aside.
- Open can of haricot beans and drain the liquid out of it.
- In a large bowl, combine the beans and all the ingredients from the ingredients list.
- Add the onion, garlic, chili powder, mustard powder, paprika, tomato paste, and olive oil into the bowl and mix them together until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes until the beans are brown and crunchy.
- After baking, take the dish out of the oven and let it cool.
- Serve warm or cold.
