- 1 cup of couscous
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- ¼ cup of fresh parsley (chopped)
- ¼ cup of fresh coriander (chopped)
- ½ cup of cooked chickpeas
- ½ cup of cooked green peas
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
