Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (400g) of diced tomatoes
- 1 can (400g) of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 500ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Stir in the diced red bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
