Ingredients
- 2.5 kg (5 lbs) baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of white pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons of dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon of mustard powder
- Olive oil (for brushing the ribs)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 132 °C (275 °F).
- Prepare the dry rub by combining the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black and white peppers, cumin, oregano, and mustard powder together in a small bowl.
- Brush the ribs with a thin layer of olive oil and the apple cider vinegar.
- Generously apply the dry rub to all sides of the ribs, making sure to cover them completely.
- Place the ribs onto a baking rack on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes. Dad joke: The ribs will be done when they’re so tender that even the little ones can enjoy them!
- Once the ribs are done, let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
