Ingredients
- 500g veal tenderloin
- 2 eggs
- 80g white breadcrumbs
- 4 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Pepper to taste

Place the veal tenderloin in a metal bowl and lightly beat with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin to flatten.
