Ingredients
- 3 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of bonito flakes
- 5 grams of konbu seaweed, crumbled
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

Cut the corn into 2-inch (5 cm) pieces.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add the corn and bonito flakes and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the konbu and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Once finished, serve the Yaki Tomorokoshi hot and enjoy.
