Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (30 mL)
- 60 g thinly sliced pork belly, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 1/4 radish, peeled and sliced (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil (30mL)
- 1/2 block of silken tofu, cut into 2 cm cubes (100 g)
- 1/2 onion, diced (50 g)
- 2 tablespoons miso paste (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons ground garlic (30 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 4 eggs (320 g)
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (30 mL)
- 2 tablespoons mirin (30 mL)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (30 mL)
- 2 tablespoons sake (30 mL)
Directions

Preheat a large frying pan on medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the vegetable oil and pork belly cubes.

Cook the pork belly cubes for 8-10 minutes, ensuring the pork cubes are cooked through on all sides.

Add the radish slices and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the sesame oil to the frying pan. Add the silken tofu cubes and diced onion. Cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is softened.

Mix in the miso paste, garlic, and black pepper. Stir in the egg and cook for about 2 minutes until the egg is mostly cooked.

Add the rice wine vinegar, mirin, soy sauce, and sake. Stir to combine all ingredients and cook for a few minutes.

Serve the Tonjiru-Don in individual bowls with steamed rice.
**_Note: For an extra kick, try adding a few drops of chili oil!
