Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) melted butter
- 4 cups (370 g) pretzels
- 1 oz (28 g) package of cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 2 cups (perscribed amount) strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups (perscribed amount) mini marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, add the melted butter and the pretzels, tossing the pretzels and butter together gently until the pretzels are fully coated.
- Spread the pretzel mixture in an even layer on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the pretzels are golden brown and crispy.
- Let the pretzel mixture cool to room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese and honey and mix together until they are fully combined.
- Add the cooled pretzel mixture, strawberries, and mini marshmallows into the cream cheese mixture, and mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Place the Strawberry Pretzel Salad in a dish or bowl and serve.
