Ingredients
- 250g plain flour
- 125ml sunflower oil
- Orange zest (amount to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 250g soft cream cheese
- 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 10 fresh blueberries
- 5 fresh kiwis, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Combine the flour and sunflower oil in a bowl and mix until it forms a crumb-like texture.
- Add the orange zest and honey and mix until a dough is formed.
- Flatten the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Laugh out loud. (YUM!)
