- 4 Seppioline (small cuttlefish), about 200g each
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

First things first, let’s prepare the cuttlefish! Rinse all the cuttlefish under cold running water, then dry with a kitchen towel.

Remove the small bone and discard, then slice the cuttlefish into small round pieces, approximately 1 cm in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and onion and saute until softened.

Add the cuttlefish pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cuttlefish is tender.
