Ingredients
- 4 sanma (Pacific saury) fillets
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C).

Rinse sanma fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.

Rub the heads and tails of the fillets with cooking oil.
