- 300g (three chicken breasts) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cups lettuce, roughly chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 avocados, pitted and diced
- 1 cup cooked croutons

Gather your ingredients - First, take out your boneless, skinless chicken breasts, olive oil, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, parsley, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocados, and croutons.
