Ingredients
- 500g veal kidneys, cleaned and sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
