Ingredients
- 450 g fresh ricotta
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped oregano
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F / 180C
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ricotta, eggs, parsley, basil, oregano, parmesan cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, fresh ground pepper, and ground nutmeg.
- Add the corn flour and mix until the ricotta mixture is thick and consistent.
- Grease a 9-inch baking dish with some extra-virgin olive oil.
- Pour in the ricotta mixture and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve!
