Ingredients
- 225g peanut butter
- 55g brown sugar
- 40g granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 3g baking soda
- 4 drops vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat the oven to 195°C.

In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, both sugars, egg and baking soda until you get a homogenous, sticky mixture.

Add in the vanilla extract and mix it in.

Take tablespoonfuls of dough and roll them in your hands to form balls. Place these cookie balls on an baking tray lined with baking parchment.

Using an fork, flatten the cookie balls slightly.

Bake your peanut butter cookies for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
