Ingredients
- 128g of Penne pasta
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 200mL of milk
- 40g of grated cheddar cheese
- 40g of grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 220°C (400°F).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat and add the pasta. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, or until they are just cooked through.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant, stirring often.

Add the dry oregano, black pepper, and flour to the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the milk while stirring constantly, and continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 4 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted.

Drain the pasta and transfer it to a greased baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and mix until all the pasta is evenly coated.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
