- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoons butter (30g)
- 1 tablespoon paprika (5g)
- 1 tablespoon beer (15 ml)
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese (60g)
Directions

Slice the camembert and brie cheeses into small cubes.

In a medium bowl, mix together the cubed cheeses with garlic powder, caraway seeds, paprika, and beer.

Heat the butter in a medium saucepan and add the cheese mixture. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted and well combined.

Reduce the heat to low, and add cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and fully incorporated into the cheese mixture.

Remove from heat. Place the cheese mixture in a small dish and let cool for at least 10 minutes or until the cheese mixture is spreadable.
