Masala French Fries

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoon Amchur (dried Mango Powder)
- 2 teaspoon ground Cumin Powder
- 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick wedges.
- Place the potato wedges into a large bowl and add the oil. Mix to combine and ensure all of the wedges are lightly coated.
- Add the Amchur, cumin powder, garam masala and chilli powder to the wedges and mix until all of the wedges are evenly coated.
- Place the wedges on the baking tray and spread out evenly. Ensure there is some space in between each wedge.
- Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
