Ingredients
- 200g dosa batter
- 1 small potato, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Prepare the potato filling:

- Heat the vegetable oil in a small pan and add the potato mixture. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the dosa:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan and spread it out in a circular motion to form a thin layer.
- Cook for 2 minutes, then flip the dosa and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Assemble the masala dosa:
- Place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center of each dosa.
- Fold the dosa over the filling to form a semi-circle.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
