Ingredients
- 300gm minced beef or pork
- 1-2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 350gm leek, chopped
- 200gm mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 150 ml of beef stock
- 400gm canned chopped tomatoes
- 200gm potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of Parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced beef or pork to the pan, and cook until lightly browned.
- Add the leek, mushrooms and paprika, and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- Add the beef stock, canned tomatoes, potatoes and parsley and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the Lauchhackfleischpfanne with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
