Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 250ml of milk
- 50g of grated cheese
- 25g of breadcrumbs

Wash the potatoes and peel them.
