Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked sushi rice (200g)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 75g smoked salmon, cut into small cubes
Directions
- Start by cooking your sushi rice and letting it cool for 20 minutes
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and cut it into small cubes(small enough to avoid choking hazards).
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the cubed avocado.
- In a bowl, combine the sushi rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, smoked salmon cubes, and cubed avocado.
- Give the mixture a gentle stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
