Ingredients
- 1 kg squid, cleaned and cut into 8 pieces
- 4 tablespoons sake
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together the sake, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.

Brush the squid pieces lightly with vegetable oil and place them on a plate.
