Ingredients
- 100 g gram flour
- 2 g baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable (non-hydrogenated) margarine
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
Directions

Preheat your oven to 180 °C

In a medium sized bowl, mix together the gram flour and baking soda, until everything is well combined and there are no lumps left.

Add the vegetable margarine and use your fingers to rub it into the flour mixture. Keep on rubbing until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.

Add the cold water and mix well until all of the ingredients are combined and the mixture looks like a dough.

Roll the dough into 18 small balls (about the size of ping-pong balls).

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 5 minutes.
