Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups semolina
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2-3 apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the semolina stirring continuously until it thickens.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until light and fluffy.

Add the milk and stir to combine.
