Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon Steaks (150 g each)
- 4 tablespoons Saikyo-Yaki (Marinade)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
- 2 tablespoons Rice Wine or Mirin
Directions:
- Place the salmon steaks in a shallow dish or pan.
- Combine 4 tablespoons of Saikyo-Yaki (Marinade) with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of rice wine or Mirin in a bowl. With a whisk, mix the ingredients until a sauce forms.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon steaks and cover them completely. Make sure even both sides of the steaks are covered with the marinade.
- Place the salmon steaks in the refrigerator and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grilling pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the grilling pan has heated up, lightly oil it with some cooking oil.
- Place the salmon steaks on the pan, and cook them for 4-5 minutes each side.
- When the salmon steak is ready, place it on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and a few drops of lime juice.
