Ingredients
- 2 cups (320 grams) penne pasta
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon (1.2 grams) oregano
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) parsley
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Start by bringing a pot of salted water (1 litre) to a boil on the stove.
- While the water is boilingmince the garlic cloves either by hand or with an electric chopper.
- Once the water has come to a boiladd the penne pasta and stir frequently.

- In a large panheat the olive oil and fry the minced garlic for about 1 minute.
