Ingredients
- 1.5 liters of low-fat or non-fat plain yogurt
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
- In a bowl mix the yogurt and the lime juice together until well combined.
- In a microwave-safe container, heat the coconut oil for 30 seconds until it is in a liquid state.
- Add the coconut oil, ginger, honey, and vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Place the yogurt mixture in the freezer for at least two hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a spoon.
- Serve the frozen yogurt with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
