Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup of white sugar
- 500 milliliters of 1% milk
- 250 milliliters of heavy cream
- 5 milliliters of vanilla essence

Crack the two eggs into a large bowl, and beat them over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, until they become frothy.
