General Information
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup nonfat milk
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light and foamy, then add the olive oil and milk and whisk to combine.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
