Ingredients
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, olive oil, vegetable oil, nutritional yeast, mixed herbs, and salt and pepper.
- Gradually add the non-dairy milk to the flour mixture, stirring until all the ingredients are fully combined and form a dough.
- Roll out the dough into thin discs that are between 1/4 and 1/2 inch (6.4-12.7 mm) thick and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until the croquettes are golden brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
