Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (~400g)
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (~45mL)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (~5mL)
- 1 teaspoon of paprika (~5mL)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Prep your potatoes: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges or cubes. If cutting them into wedges, try to get them all around the same size so they cook evenly.

Coat the potatoes: Place the potatoes into a bowl and then add the vegetable oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix everything together so the potatoes are completely coated.

Cook the potatoes: Place the potatoes onto a greased baking sheet and spread them out so they are in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
