Ingredients
- 250g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 200g noodles
- 1 carrot, sliced into thin strips
- 1 bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Make sure to cook them until they are al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the garlic, carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir fry for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
