- 500 g cube steak, each piece pounded to ½ cm thick
- 20 ml all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 10 ml whole milk
- 50 g plain breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
