Ingredients
- 1 package de-frosted (60g or 2 ounces) of reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 375g (13 ounces) of prepared graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg whites, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon. Beat until creamy.

In another medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and oil together until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Grease a 23cm (9 inch) round cake pan with butter.

Put the graham cracker crumb mixture into the pan and press it firmly and evenly into the bottom.

Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the graham cracker crumb mixture.

Bake for one hour or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before serving.
