Cake au yaourt

Ingredients
- 189g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5g vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 240g yogurt (preferably plain)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356 F).
- In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder together.

Measure and add the oil into the bowl, and stir with a spoon until ingredients are fully combined.

Crack the eggs into the bowl, mix until smooth.

Mix all ingredients together until a smooth batter is created. This will take about 5 mins.

Grease an 8 inch round cake tin with some butter.

Pour the batter into the cake tin, and place in the preheated oven.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown in colour.

Cool the cake completely before serving. Enjoy!
