Ingredients
- 200 g of whole-wheat macaroni
- 60 g of grated Pecorino cheese
- 60 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

- Bring 6 litres (6 L) of water to a boil in a large pot over a high heat.
- Once boilingreduce the heat to a simmer and add in the macaroni noodles. Stir occasionally.
- Cook the macaroni noodles for 10-12 minutes until it is al dente.
- Make sure to check if the noodles are ready by testing it with a fork or tasting a small amount to see if it is ready.
- Once readystrain the macaroni noodles and add them to a bowl.
- Add both of the grated cheeses to the bowl and mix them together with the macaroni noodles.
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
