Ingredients
- 2 cups of full cream, low fat or fat free milk
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey, or as desired

In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the milk has boiled, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the yogurt and stir until it is fully incorporated. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cardamom powder, cinnamon and honey and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and let cooled for about 10 minutes.

Place the mixture into a shallow dish or bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and then refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours.

Serve in your desired bowl and enjoy.
